Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test JTET Syllabus, Important dates, how to apply, Application Fee

The interested candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria as required, may apply for the JTET  by Applying Online from given at the council website JTET

 

Educational Qualification to appear in JTET:

Class I-V (Primary Level) :
  • Candidates should have passed in Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45 % marks & passed or appearing in final 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education.

  • Candidates should have passed in Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50 % marks & passed or appearing in final 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.)

  • Candidates should have passed in Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50 % marks & passed or appearing in final 2 – year Diploma in Education in Special Education are also eligible.

  • Candidates with BA / B.Sc. with at least 50 percent marks and B.Ed qualification can also apply.

Classes VI-VIII (Paper II) :
  • Applicants having Graduation Degree and appearing in final 2 year D. El. Ed

  • Candidates having Graduation Degree with at least 45% SC/ST) while 50% percent marks and passed / appearing in B. Ed.

  • Senior Secondary with at least 50 percent marks and passed or appearing in final 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B. El. Ed) / 4-year BA/ B. Sc. Ed.

  • A. (Ed.)/B.Sc. (Ed.) / B.Ed. (Special Education) with 50% in BA / B.Sc

Application Fee Jharkhand TET :
The General candidates will have to pay RS 500 whereas; the SC/ST category candidate will have to pay RS 250 as the application fee for each paper through online mode
