What is CLAT Exams?
CLAT Stands for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). It is a national level governmental entrance test for admissions to National Law Universities in India. It is organized by Consortium National Law. Most private and self-financed best law schools in India also use the scores of CLAT Entrance Exam for law admissions.
Eligibility for CLAT exam
The eligibility requirements as follows to appear in CLAT Entrance
For Under-Graduate Courses
Candidates should have Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent from a recognized Board with 45% marks in aggregate (40% for SC and ST candidates).
Candidates should have LL. B/B. L. Degree or an equivalent degree from a recognized University with 55% marks in aggregate (50% in case of SC and ST candidates)
There is no upper age restriction for appear in the test.
Application Fee :
₹4,000 for Gen , OBC , PWD/ Rs. 3500 for SC/ST
There are five sections in CLAT exam
Duration: Two hours duration
Question of the CLAT Exam: 150
Question Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
